Paypal Error - 4x4 - Apr 4, 2013
I'm getting an error on my unverified paypal account that is barely two days old. I'm trying to transfer $46 to my main paypal and I keep getting an error saying "Sorry, We can't transfer your funds right now" or something to the effect of that. I would have thought it wouldn't get limited that fast, and if it was limited and not allowing me to send or receive money anymore would it tell me so?

Yes it would tell you if you're limited send as services or goods and it will work man happened to my friend a couple times.

Don't know if it's PayPal itself or some limitations, on my main account that I have had for 3 years I can't seem to purchase anything including HF L33T...

Paypal itself just has issues im trying to switch to LR myself.

Well I've tried that as well and when I do this is the message I get. I've searched around for a message telling me a reason why it isn't able to send, but am unable to find one. Perhaps it's paypal itself having issues?

Okay that makes me feel a little bit better haha. I guess I'll try to send something from my main verified paypal and confirm that it's paypal having issues.
EDIT: I tested it on my main paypal and it has no issues sending money. :/

Maybe its not on your end maybe its Paypal's problem right now?

I've heard of this happening a lot of times normally if you just wait a couple of days it sorts itself out or if you call them up from what I heard

Most of the times this is a silent limitation.
PayPal will review your account and within a few days your account is getting limited or the problem is fixed.
You just have to wait.

IF you have VPN on, took it off. And log in couple times to your PP and try again and wait.
