By using any of our applications, you are agreeing to the following:

2012 crypter is not responsible for the way that you use our product. The product you have purchased is for personal
use only, and it should only be used on machines that you own & machines that have given you consent
for remote administration purposes.

2012 crypter is only designed for educational purpose, we do not take any responsibilty for any damage caused to the
machine that the application is ran on. Please understand that the misuse of the application can be very illegal
towards the law. Misuse may lead to possible jail time or fines, it may differ based on your local laws.

2012 crypter is only designed for advanced users, if you do not have knowledge for this type of application; please
turn away and use alternative software. We do not have the time to support customers with basic problems such as
(but not limited to) network problems, port forwarding issues, etc. However, 2012 crypter will offer fixes if the
issue is caused by the application or an error in our program's software.

2012 crypter may discontinue any feature at any time as desired, it is all up to the developers.

2012 crypter does not guarantee any anti-virus detection rate, as we only try our best to prevent false detections
towards our software. We will make attempts to prevent detections, but we can not guarantee anything.

By purchasing 2012 crypter, you understand that there is a NO REFUND POLICY.
Also, by purchasing you understand that there is a NO RESELLING POLICY.

2012 crypter licenses may only be used on one and only one computer that it is registered too.
We do not allow license sharing of any kind.

Distribution of our client/server files of 2012 crypter is not allowed in any way.

By using 2012 crypter , you understand that if by some sort of means damage a computer without proper authorization,
by accident, or any other unknown way without consent - that we are in no way responsible.

Failure to comply with any of our terms will result in an immediate suspension, we do not offer refunds.

Please note, we reserve the right to terminate your license at any time without prior notice.
