Yea my backlink has 60 backlinks and I got 1000 backlinks, his are related mine aren't however mine are also high quality / high pr backlinks, I don't understand why I aint ranking...
He is top 1 with 60 backlinks while I'm at top 8-20 (dancing) with 1000....

His backlinks will be on High PR sites with quality content. He might be doing social signal as well.
Looks like you backlinks would be done by bots with LQ articles or posts?
Improve your SEO with a little bit of manual SEO and do social signals as well.

Not sure what would be a good way to increase these things.

It can be easily fixed. And there could be a lot of other factors beside the backlinks that he ranked in front of you. Have you checked your On Site SEO ? Do you have your site keyword optimized for the desired keyword ? Backlinks are very important yes but its not always up to them to rank it up.

My onsite has been checker by 3 seo "professionals" (friends who are earning 100$+ per day with seo) and they say its just fine. and yes my keywords are optimized for it.
I would use your service but I got no money :c you looking for anything other than money in exchange?

Eh sorry i wish i could that but only to start a campaign it requires investment : articles, private proxy's, manual labor etc..
But if you PM me your site maybe i can take a look at it and maybe give you some pointers, that the others have missed.. If you have more backlinks than the other competitor than there could be only a few problems 1. your links are LQ and not content related, 2. His links are from very high PR sites ( pr8 or pr9 ) 3. Maybe you are missing something in your On Site SEO 4. He has a very aged domain with lot of authority etcc.
Anyway shoot me a PM if you like and i`ll give you my opinion. Cheers

It's not the number of backlinks per say rather the relativity of them to your site. That's how you can get more traffic much easier.

There can be multiple factors in here. After the lastest Google update a few quality backlinks with quality content on sites similar to his own topic, is better than 1000s of random backlinks with low quality content. And maybe, he got a better onpage seo than you?

ranking is not about volume anymore, its about getting high quality RELATED backlinks, age...
Try to get some laser targeted exact niche backlinks on hq pages
