Hey! So the first episode of Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko is out, I'm downloading it right now.
I've created this thread to talk about it, if you want to say spoilers, use the tags for.
I was interested about this anime because of Black Hole, thank you, I hope it's a good one.

According to MAL, it's not even ecchi.
I just finished episode 1. It was different than I expected, not in the best way. The best thing for me was the main female protagonist, since she is totally moe. It'll be interesting to see how the show turns out ^.^

I think it's pretty good, but it's not great.
At the moment, I feel like their way of carrying out the story line is kinda like TWGOK where it's gonna be encounter after encounter and no solid story line.
But that's just me, since I haven't read the manga or anything.

The most important part of this series : Tsukiko is moe to the max.
As a side note, this is oreimo all over again, except much better.
