Hello, today I will open a upgrade contest. If you win, I will send you the money to upgrade(You need to do it yourself, i'll only give you the money).

Since you are just giving them money, you should change it to $18.99/$22.99 giveaway. The people who win might not even upgrade themselves.. And you have no way of telling whether a l33t is approved.. Either way this is a nice thing you are doing.
