They both can cause lung cancer, mouth cancer, throat cancer. They are both addictive.
But i feel weed is WAY less potent to cause such problems as ciggerets. I feel cigerets are worse but i do not think weed is good. should weed be 100% illegal? no. we waste more money stopping it then it is worth.
America should at least DE criminalize it.(small amounts of it are legal)
