Can you send money on paypal without putting in a card or bank account?
it asked me for one when i just made my new one, but instead i just clicked home and im on my paypal
but i am wondering can i still send and recieve money?

they will prob limit you in a day and ask you to verify who you are. once you do youll be unlimited
without a bank or card youll have a small sending and recieving limit on it but yes you can send it without the card or bank

I believe you can but will have a limit. You should see something that says "View Limits" click it and see what it says.

I think it limits on who you can send money to. Normally you can to business accounts but not so much to a personal account. Some countries have exceptions to this such as Canada where you can send it to everyone.
