I need help hacking my sons mother's phone, we are fighting for custody and I found out she is using drugs around him and letting drunk guys sleep in the same bed as our son. I need proof of it and if I can hack her phone or facebook account Im sure there is something on there that I can use so my son will live with me and have a better life. Sorry for writing that but I dont want people thinking Im just trying to hack into just any buddys phone.
I cant get her phone in my hand, so that is even harder to get into her phone.
If anyone has any ideas or can walk me through it I would be vary grateful.

I don't think any evidence you collect will hold up in court because YOU would be the one committing the crime.
Hacking and spying are illegal activities.
Did you ever THINK about what you would say in court?

I would tell them she left her facebook on, on my computer. and for the texts I would say she forwarded them to me.

You will have no proof to back those claims, and you'll go down for hacking.

Her phone provider has access to all of her texts. I don't know if you can ask for a court order for them or not but it's worth a shot.

It is highly likely that this could be done, will take a while but sounds like it is worth it ;)

You can't get it court ordered without probable cause. You can't get probable cause without proof. You can't get proof without a court order.

I think I will try with the court order, but will still have to get some kind of proof. I wounder if I could send a text from her phone to mine saying something like "Im higher then a mother F*&^**" That might work.
