WHAT'S WITH THE CAPS LOCK?
Check your USB physically, it should have a write protection switch somewhere on it.

i tried it on other computer..its working but in my computer wont read it

It could be a couple of things:
1) Registry is corrupted.
2) USB port doesn't work
3) Computer is infected
4) USB needs formatting to work on that PC.
