Well I don't want this to be a long thread but I suggest that people be able to load up money onto thier HF account, which can be used in a transfer that is monitored by an on-site admin, or something else.
This would take down scam numbers by substantial amounts.

This would take an insane amount of coding.
Besides HF WILL NEVER get invovled in the use of the Marketplace. Great idea, but it just wont happen.

That really sounds like a horrible idea. Having people upload money to a forum to do transfers, no one would want to do something like that, not to mention a thrown together payment transfer system on a hackers website sounds like a recipe for disaster.

Your responsible for your own deals on HF. HF aren't and won't get involved. Simple as that.

HF as an entity will not get involved in any deals between members. You take enough of a risk dealing with people you've never met before just by dealing here at all.
