I would download malwarebytes because you could also have other malware on your computer you can get it from here: http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4716-m...lware.html
run a quick scan or full scan either one works.
If you are still worried about being infected after doing that download Hitmanpro it uses 4 antivirus engines to scan your computer. You can download that from here http://www.surfright.nl/en/hitmanpro/

How do you know you were infected by jRAT?
I would do some checking up before coming to this conclusion.

If you are very sure you have been infected by Jrat, run the JRat remover.
