I use 3 methods to spread my RAT: YouTube, AIM/Yahoo, and 4Chan.

I usually pretend to have a "Legit DL" to DarkComet and a cracked version of a big Crypter (Skids made it un-FUD). I replace the DC App and Crypter App with my Server and upload to a File-Sharing Site.
AIM/Yahoo
I usually eWhore on AIM/Yahoo. If you know what eWhoring is, do it. If not, HF has a section that explains eWhoring.
4Chan
http://www.4chan.org is a useful Website to spread. You choose a random category and fill in the information and include your DL. The best way for 4Chan is uploading Porn/Nudes (Weird but Useful) and have adults DL.

As far as I know, the only method of hacking the WiFi is rooting your phone. Otherwise, just ask someone for the password.

I am not an Android User and I don't specialize in rooting phones, so just look up a tut somewhere.
