The connection-speed of these RDPs is random. It could be a super-fast one! If you want to make sure you get such a RDP, buy a hand-tested for $4 🤝

It's the Remote Desktop Protocol by Windows, you can control other PC's with that function

So I am still kind of new to this and I know what RDP's are, but I don't really know how people are using them for cracking, Bots, cpa offers, etc.. If someone could elaborate a little bit it would be much appreciated.
