Hey,
I don't know if people are interested in this, but I thought of a photography section in the 'General Topics' area.
You could discuss certain camera's, advice on camera's or even techniques.
Not only would it be for photo's but maybe also for video's.

But still the movie section there is really for professional movies. Shooting movies yourself isn't really a thing for there I think.

As for photography, Sam is right. It's been denied so use the "graphics" tab.
