Which one is higher converting? Foolish hasn't been updated for a while and I'm not sure if they're going to be up for the next few years.
Which one is higher converting though? Please don't answer unless you have some decent and unique arguments.

But if they really have the highest EPC then how come they don't have a large network? If they did they should be on social media or at least have working links in their homepage...

What exactly are you referring to when you say that FI hasn't been updated in a year? You mean new features? They have, they just haven't updated the "Latest File ice News" list.
I can't speak for AWM, as I haven't tried it out yet (due to problems of how I setup my websites). For FI, the EPC is doing pretty decent. We have an independent offer manager, so that he can specifically fix offers and optimize them for you.
I think it's up to you on where you want to go, they both have their ups and downs.
Here are my stats from yesterday on FI.

FileIce, in my opinion doesn't even have a completed website. Many of the links have "coming soon", which haven't came for a while such as the Blog, etc. It looks too amateur, one I could make in 30 mins. No disrespect to FI, I think they're a great network with great support and better EPC, only second to AWM. You should upgrade the UI is all, and add more features so people can split test and have higher conversions.
