In a sum up of all of this, The user contacted me, Saying he would sell me 120m Runescape GP, and said to add his skype, I Then moved forward, adding his skype. He then showed me his money, and said he would accept once the payment went through, I Made him send me a few messages to confirm stuff on HF, And he did, We moved forward, i payed him, and he said he'd "Brb, he was helping his dad". 1st, if you check other scam reports, he also shows the same thing once he gets paid.
He will not reply, or co-operate.
I Know i will not get my money back, But i hope he at least, get what he deserves.

All you can try to do is charge back. You should of checked for other scam reports, he has quite a few of them.
