Hello, I received a +15 a month ago, and it was set to expire today at 10:03 PM, it is now 11:28 PM. *I am not complaining about the warning level, I was just wondering if its the server time or what, any help is appreciated.

It goes by the time on your Hack Forums account. It will expire in roughly an hour.

It literally says when the warning level is up.
Here in California, it's 8:30PM. It's set to be up at 10:03PM.
