Could any one give me a hand on tv , I have setup most of it but I am having trouble with building my server.

You better reclaim dominance and Ahniliate the process
Or you can chicken out and hide under another port

That port's being used by another program.
I recommend pf'ing 1604.
1604 is usually the standard for Dark Comet.

I have tried using different ports , even the ones you guys recommended but it is still not working. Could any one please help me on tv.

I can help you via Join me, I would suggest port 5050.
I've used that port since the start of my ratting career, it's fast and unused.
