Antigen's Feedback | 1 Year | 2K+ Posts - Antigen - Aug 17, 2013 Antigen's Feedback Thread Welcome to my Hack Forums Feedback. Thanks for reading. ![]() I'll start off with the little story of how I found HF, My life with computer starts when my dad bought a PC when I was 12 year old, I was very fond of hacking and related stuff, one of my hobbies were searching for hacking methods and stuff. HF popped up on Google many times whilst searching for hacking related stuff, I used to come here and read threads, I've had no aims or fixed goals and was like a wanna be a great Haxor, obviously I couldn't learn anything because I never had a basic knowledge nor platform. After some years in 2012 I joined hackforum while I was searching for vb .net resources, I used to code simple programs in VB6 and C++ by that time, I find Hackforums quite helpful and interesting. I find HF quite useful for me, everything I needed to know was in Hackforums. Frankly speaking I took some time to blend in with HF systeM, I was a complete skid by then like my first thread was "How to get rep" lol, I guess there weren't many trolls back then, what I mean by trolls is the ones waiting in launch for a normal member to put some non-sense then fire their negs and neutrals because they can't rep back, I always prefer to PM/Post them and tell why it's not allowed, they just joined and they might skimmed through Rules docs that doesn't give us the permission to be a dick to them. The first days of mine was like of everybody else rep, award, post and group whore. After my first days, I leaned that rep and post count meant shit. I was getting addicted to forums by that time and I decided to upgrade to l33t. One of my dream was to get in to Root group because it was the only group related to what I wanted, I'm happy that I'm now a part of Legion another group which relate to forum's title. I was starting to get addicted to HF by that time, I was like visiting HF as much as possible like from college library PC, I got a big hacking section and whole coding sections, all I needed was time and interest. Sadly I've a busy life, I have to go to college at 7 o clock in the morning and I came back at 7 in the evening, and shit load of college works !! I used to wander in Hacking forum and Computing forum most of the time, I learned about hacking(not much of) basics in that time and started to giving back to community by helping newbie members in Beginner sections. There were many helpful members in Beginner section, it seems like I can't remember many of them, I'll quote a few I remember of Jewel, Apple J4ck, Perfect cell . Market/Money sections remained as complete uninteresting areas as because I didn't had any interest in business, my intentions were not moneymaking but for gaining knowledge. I applied for Ub3r and got denied, oh boy that was the most depressed days for me on HF. I were really sad back then because I felt like I'm not good enough, I got the Ub3r in second time. I got my Ub3r from lovely member Dan.(Thank you for the upgrade contest) by the Christmas eve, I was very excited and happy. After some time being Ub3r here comes my days of depression and a long vacation from HF, I don't know why but I lost all my interest in not only HF but from everything, I started to be a alcohol addict, watch TV at all my spare time, academics went downhill etc, it was like I lost my hope or interest in life. I took a long vacation from HF about 5 months from HF. Days of new age - after that long depression period I started to get back to normal life and came back to HF. I started to use HF like I was in my joining time, I made a bunch of good friends from HF. Why I called this time a reckoning period is because I started to set goals and started to work hardly for them. I used to visit computing section instead of hacking section by that time and become mad about whitehat. I started reading every thread in WHH and keep learning, I met many great members by that time like Corso, Chirf and Viral Dragon. They offered great help for me in WHH and Corso and Chief even started a small group of WHH students, I learned a lot under his mentorship. By that time I got in to some groups (Legion and Brotherhood), both groups still remain as of my homes. My current goals are to get more knowledge in Whitehat/Security, and to learn some hacking stuff. I'm very motivated and working on my goals as of now. ![]() I love HF very much just like everybody. I always wondered about the knowledge some members possess in HF, There are many knowledgeable and helpful members in Hackforums, I met many such members and enjoyed their friendship and care. There are several things that I don't like in HF like the ones who play dick with new/normal members with their rep, trolls and scammers. I find it quite embarrassing when members troll newbies in Beginner Hacking section and WHH too, why don't they have the fuckin brain to understand the newbies act like newbies because they are newbies >?. Sectional Feedback Computing - I usually reside 70% of my time here, White Hat Help is my favorite section of mine, I love helping members here, I study each thread before I answer. All the threads in WHH section gave me experiance and happen to learn new information. I often sneak in to MRT section to learn and analyse logs by myself 😏 I wrote some tutorials and mega threads here. I visit all sections here except Apple section. 40% of my posts are here. Hacking - It's a great place to learn hacking and have many HQ members right here waiting to help others, I used to help members in Beginner Hacking section. 35% of my posting is in this section. Coding - I find this great section because of the knowledgeable members and their willingness to help, I used to post all my doubts and coding related problems there, and got instant answers here. ![]() Omniscient — I would like to thank you for the hard work you put in to HF.
