The ones I hated were ougi, suzaku(till 2-3 episodes before the end of CG) and nunnally .

I personally didn't like Kallen very much and then all of Code Geass second season was basically as much panty / ass shots of her as possible when inside the machine. >.>

Nina was one of the good characters in my opinion.
She created the F.L.E.I.J.A bombs.

I didn't really mind Nina to be honest. Alot of other characters have annoyed me more. Suzaku was pretty annoying because he always got in the way but I liked him. He was like the total opposite of Lelouche (Not so inteligent but very good at fighting and also the way he wanted change the world by joining Britannia but Lelouche fought against it.)
