Hello guys and welcome to my first tutorial!
This is how to use Oil Paint in Photoshop!
So first import a desired picture into photoshop that you want to use for the Oil Paint

Now go to Filter>Oil Paint

Now that's how to use Oil Paint! Now it's up to you to adjust the settings to how you like them.
And Please no hate, i'm just trying to make a tutorial that a beginner would need.
