I don't think you know what you are talking about. Why don't you do some research on what salting is.

Salting makes it nearly impossible to crack an md5. Therefore you should give up now.

salt is a random code to add to the difficulty hackers to crack encryption
example: (salt + plaintext) + salt = password
or perhaps into a more complicated form
