To keep from paying crazy international shipping rates, you'll probably want to get something from a site in India and I'm not sure many people here know about those deals. I'd look around locally.

Visit your local tech market. My cousins who live in Delhi buy from Nehru Palace, or there's District Centre where you can bargain with the dealers if you got time to chose what falls in your budget and fullfills your requirements and then try the price for the same at different dealers.
If you don't want that hassle, just visit a Vijay Sales Outlet closest to you. Don't buy from Croma, they're overpriced.
Don't buy from Flipkart either, keep that in mind.
