Last time I checked half the servers were down... Have the openvpn files changed? I havent recieved an email.

Yes there will be perhaps slight downtime when servers are being transferred but the problems will be fixed within a day or two.

There is downtime because of the transfer, everything should return normally within some days. Expect big changes by VoxaDub, positive ones :)

Actually, if you got banned for a dispute then you did dispute or do something wrong. No mistakes have ever been made. If you want, send proof to vox and he will fix asap.
Also, it does work on windows 8. You just obviously don't know how to work it.

I cancelled a few weeks ago and still got charged for my renewal. How can we resolve this? Didn't want to chargeback for something that can be so simply resolved.
