Asp.net Help Unable to cast object of type X to type Y. - Lambasoft - Sep 10, 2013 Greetings I'm sorry for posting this, I personally hate threads asking for help from a noob. But this is the only place I could think off when a friend of I asked me for help. I never coded asp.net before, but am an advanced vb.net dev. He sent me a project: http://www.mediafire.com/?vhh3ee4dprh9md8 He asked if I could fix the error: Code Unable to cast object of type 'System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity' to type 'System.Web.Security.FormsIdentity'.This is a full image of the error page: ![]() I'm also currently reading asp.net tutorials hopefully to fix the error. Please let me know If you can help. Thanks. |
