Where could I find a password list specifically for Yahoo? - johnlocke911 - Sep 10, 2013 Thanks for any help. It is truly appreciated. * - Rackzen - Sep 10, 2013 You can use any password list you want ! :) * - johnlocke911 - Sep 10, 2013 Yes but, suppose for example, yahoo passwords are NOT case sensitive, and the password list has the same words in upper and lower case, wouldn't you be wasting a lot of time running that? Or say for example, Yahoo uses passwords that are at least 7 characters long, and your list has a lot of 6 character words, wouldn't that be time wasted also? * - Impuhlsive - Sep 10, 2013 You could get a password list then sort it for your needs. Or look and see what the requirements are on Yahoo then go looking for a list that contains those requirements. You could also compile your own if you have the time and resources. * - tux1 - Sep 10, 2013 (Sep 10, 2013 10:24 AM)johnlocke911 Wrote: Yes but, suppose for example, yahoo passwords are NOT case sensitive, and the password list has the same words in upper and lower case, wouldn't you be wasting a lot of time running that? Just use a wordlist generator and create your own, come on man just at least try to think about things for more than 5 seconds. * - johnlocke911 - Sep 10, 2013 Dude I'm new to ALL THIS. I'm here to learn. I HAVE been reading. I'm just asking for a little help. I thought that's what "Beginner Hacking" was for. I didn't know there was a such thing. Thanks * - gottioos - Sep 10, 2013 Create a custom wordlist with crunch that meets all of those requirements! * - Bernatixer - Sep 10, 2013 Use any password list, there's a lot, just google for it ;) * - johnlocke911 - Sep 10, 2013 Thanks fellas I really appreciate it. |
