Go to start and in search bar type "run"

Then open your program files and search for skype.exe
[img]http://imageshack.us/a/img543/7369/secound.png[/img]
Open run and type your path of skype:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" /secondary
[img]http://imageshack.us/a/img213/9322/thirdde.png[/img]
Done! Now you have 2 skype opened at the same time!
You can open how you want times and have more skype accounts open at the same time.
