There are few sites tht offer youtube views but either you have to buy credits or do traffic exchange.
Some ppl on HF offer views at cheaper price,u can buy frm them.

I know a free program which do what you want to do. I use this for almost 2 years. Only 82000 members, all over the world, know about it. It's official program and the company of this program collabotares with youtube. When i registered in, someone could increase his youtube views (2000 wiews for 100 credits (free earned credits) without money. I promise for this. But the users used this advantage without limits and now are 200 views for 100 credits (youtube punished this additude). I could make a thread about this in a couple of days.

A friend has one but not free, it has made him maybe like 1k a month, but you also need something else to use it...
