This is my first thread, and my idea is provide a index with Online Virus Scanner with no samples distribute and other informations :).
NoDistribute - 5 free daily scans - Starts at $1,97/Monthly 8000 Scans or $1,97 for 2000 credits, one scan = 10 credits, credits never expire - 35 AV (http://nodistribute.com)
Chk4me - 5 free daily scans - 150 scans monthly if you create an account, is FREE - 26 AV (http://chk4me.com)
Malwr - Unlimited scans I guess - You can create an account to save results/links - 48 AV (https://malwr.com) - DON'T CHECK "Share the sample"
RazorScanner - 1 free daily scan - Can anyone tell me? :) - 41 AV (http://razorscanner.com)
BlackShades Scanner - 2 free daily scans - $10/monthly unlimited scans - 37 AV (http://bshades.eu/scannerinfo.php )
Element Scanner - 2 free daily scans - $15/monthly or $100/year - 34 AV(http://elementscanner.com)

Descent first post! Your taking some initiative here. In addition to your post, www.virustotal.com and www.malwr.com are excellent free file scanners that have heuristics that are magnificent - malwr.com detects if the file makes connections outbound as well.

Malwr distributes samples. Element scanner is $15 a month or $100 a year, and element scanner has 34 AV's.

http://scan.majyx.net/ I do believe that this now requires sign up.
I think that bshades is unlimited free scans with sign up, they may have changed their terms, but that is what it says for me.
