Here we go once again with another scammer taking advantage of the nice people on this forum.
I sold him the gamertag "Chef" with a 10 year tenure for $880 paid in two payments of $440.

4. Post any images/screenshots that you can provide as evidence of the scam. Best option is to use the spoiler tags for images.
I'll just start off with the step by step story.
- Paid for tag. All went well. Deal went through perfectly.
- Tag was banned. (Also my tag Panda was banned and my xbox and even more OGs on the Xbox)
- He said he wouldn't chargeback. I offered OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF MY HEART to pay half back because I felt bad.
- I was being paid yesterday which I was. Cheque is being processed at my bank and was going to be ready on saturday.
- He just chargebacked the whole $880 I assume because he feels like he's entitled to it or something?
Either way he's a scammer.

I'll add more proof in a bit because I'm just gathering my information about him and my package tracking IDs etc.
I'm not worried about losing the money because I won't. I'm just annoyed that he thinks he's entitled to this money. We both lost out and that's shitty but I have no obligation to pay for that at all. I offered to pay half out of me being too kind again. Look how it shows the assholes again.
His selfishness is uncanny.
He was getting half. Now he's getting nothing and a lot of shit on his back.

Damn dude that sucks man idk why but the gamertag section igas many weary buyers and sellers but I feel your pain man. You probably know there's not much you can do to get the money back but hopefully you are able to get the tag back

If I was Career I would've charged back on your ass as well, you FUCKED him over so hard. You sent a message saying "New Owner" when you sold it and minutes later the account gets signed on into another continent so you pretty much asked for that ban on "Chef" and "Panda".

Honestly I think this should be split in half. It was both of your guys faults. The fact that he sent out a message saying "new owner" is not why it was banned. It changed regions from us to uk back to us in a very short amount of time and it locked the billing and was later banned. Both of you are friends of mine but this should honestly be split.

to be honest i would have done the same , you are pretty much the reason the tag got banned ( after maximum comment ) and should have agreed about this before the deal was done .

Paying $800 for a jacked tag is crazy! It's just a matter of time until the og owner is going to try to get it back lol. If you (panda) did notify the buyer that the gamertag was jacked, then it is the buyers fault. There's a gray area when it comes to this. Hopefully you get some resolution here 🤝
