I have an archive password recovery tool and when I use it for zip files it goes at 25 million passwords a second but when I try a rar file it goes at 35 passwords a second. I've tried lots of converters and all of them dont work, this is probably because they dont convert archives that have a password. So my question is, is there a converter that lets me convert a password protected archive from rar to zip format?

Well it removes the password when I convert it but it stops the .exe from working.

When you convert a password protected file from rar to zip some data will be lost. txt files may appear empty or exe files might not work. That's just the way it is.

try bruteforcing the password first, there are many programs out there for this.
