Hey HF!
Well, I've been trying without any success to get EasyVCW working on my mac, even after following every guide I could find, contacting a few HF members, and trying every version of Flash imaginable.
Nothing worked. Not once.
So here I am, a few weeks later, and I decided to take things into my own hands. Ported EasyVCW and Windows FP to a native mac app using Wineskin, added a few necessary components, and bam! It works. And, for all you OS X users, no weird Flash install necessary! This leaves your system untouched, as it's completely self contained.
Instructions (You need to already have the EasyVCW1.51.swf file, and a VCW):
1. Open my app! And feel free to rename it if you like, something like "Flash Player" might be more appropriate.
2. Click File > Open...
3. Click Browse...
4. Navigate to your EasyVCW1.51.swf, open it.
5. Profit! Literally.
Note: Later versions may be modified to be ENTIRELY double-click, but I'll first see if people like this.
UPDATE: EasierVCW is now all it's made out to be! Simply:
1. Drop EasierVCW-v1.51.app in alongside your .swf / .flv / .vcw files (same folder) and double-click to run!
2. Profit! Literally.
3. (Optional) You can delete the original EasyVCW-v1.51.swf now, EasierVCW bundles its own.
(Disclaimer: ManyCam not included. Skype 2 not included. This really really shouldn't do anything bad, but in the event that it does, that's unintentional and I'm not responsible for anything. Seriously though, nothing bad should happen.)
Well, enough blabbing 😝, let me know what you think. If anyone has any suggestions, on the app or on the thread (never done something like this before), please let me know!

UPDATE 2: Virus Scan! Detection rate: 2/28, one is a false positive and one is simply marked as 'suspicious'. So that should set your minds at rest!

Note: If you want to check for legitimacy, learn some about Wineskin, it's quite simple and you'll see there's nothing I can do with the actual windows EXE to infect people, the only potential danger (I guess) are the startup and shutdown scripts, which are located in EasierVCW-v1.51.app/Contents/Resources/WineskinStartupScript and EasierVCW-v1.51.app/Contents/Resources/WineskinShutdownScript respectively. The first copies requisite files to a working directory inside the app bundle, the second cleans up after itself. They're both REALLY straightforward, though. Feel free to use your own virus scanning methods though 😝, I'll be waiting here patiently.

I would, I'm at a loss though 'cause VirusTotal only accepts files up to 64 mb and my zip is 66. I'll try with other sites, or maybe I should upload a screenshot of ClamXav? Or a video of me scanning it? Ah well, I'll find a way ~
EDIT - Metascan has an upper limit of 80Mb, but keeps giving me internal server errors. Virustotal seems to be ok with my file though. I'll see if it works...
EDIT 2 - Nope, VirusTotal gives me an error while uploading. Trying Jotti... Any suggestions?
