Most methods I have personally used, and haven't been banned yet. The way the e-book is written could use some arrangement, but it does come with proper instructions on how to use the methods. It is a great deal seeing that you get sic methods for $6($1 each), a great deal. Most methods are noob friendly, and don't require much materials or work, and others take brains to do. All together this e-book does have functional methods, writing could be arranged, but the point of this e-book is to get RP, and it will so long as you're not lazy.
