The stub has never been released to the public in any form, such as a crypted file.
I can provide a teamviewer session in which I will show myself crypting a file of your choice and I will scan the file afterwards then send you it to for you to test it works - if completely necessary.

Do not trust Op, He is a scammer.
He sold the crypter to me and my friend promising to teach on tv.
after making the payment, he had handover a broken source and went offline.
