School Rumble Terms 1-3 - Nam Duong - Nov 3, 2013
Oh man, where to start...
Let's just say this anime was a blast for me. At first, I thought it was going to be some depressing sad love story but the characters all made up for it. I didn't really pay attention to the plot a lot, it was more of a show to past some time and give me some laughs, and boy did it sure do those.
One of the main characters Harima, is probably one of the most enjoyable characters that I've ever seen in a show. He's just so funny and does a lot of dumb things many times in the show that it is entertaining. I couldn't seem to go a few scenes with this guy in it without chuckling a little bit.
The other characters were also very interesting. My favorite side characters in the show were def Togo and Harry McKenzie though. But everyone in the show had their little personalities going on that just makes most of the show very enjoyable to watch.
In the story as well, it just seems like everyone is falling in love with everyone. Like Hanai and Yakumo, Karasuma and Tenma, Kenji and Tenma, and so on. I haven't watched Term 3 yet, but when I do I hope they do a really good job of wrapping up this series in two episodes.
The art in the show is also really nicely done. I thought it had a "cutesy" look in it. Like for Tenma and Yakumo and all. Well, it's safe to say that it was a nice sight for the eyes considering it was made in 2004-2005. Animations were also really good.
In conclusion, I really enjoyed this anime, for it being a show to kill time at the beginning. The sillyness of the show made me love it.
What did you guys enjoy about the show? I'd love to hear some opinions.

I didn't really like how the anime ended (mostly because the last few episodes were OVA's since they didn't want to make another season) but it's still one of my top favorites. I need to go back and rewatch it again it's been almost two years.

One of the best comedy anime in existence. Season 1 is a 10/10 for me. Season 2 is more like 9/10 thoough, drags on a bit.

So sad that it was never completed as an anime series, the manga goes so far, but the anime barely scratches the surface. It's worth a watch if you have time. I would rate it a solid 8/10 easily.

Yea I don't read much manga but this series actually makes me want to read it.

It's a very good anime to cheer someone up. How many chapters are in the manga? I've never read it before and I'm curious when does the anime part of the story end and the manga part continues on? or is the manga more detailed and packed with da good stuff then the episodes are?

The manga is nothing small, its actually pretty long. And I think the manga has more then the episodes easily in terms of content. The manga continues on chapter 156 or so where the anime ends.

I seriously loved School Rumble to the point where I read the Manga as well. It was a really cute RomCom and I would love to see a new season for it.
