Premium seller section or secondary seller section? - Obli - Nov 3, 2013 Which is most profitable? Let's say I have salesthread1 in the premium sellers section. I figure out that I want to deal in the secondary sellers section. Is is against the rules to close that same thread and open another sales thread in the secondary seller section? * - StarCraft 2 - Nov 3, 2013 Most of my sales threads are in secondary sellers section just becouse I think there is more "traffic". I think thats allowed. Pretty sure though * - Uncle Ruckus - Nov 3, 2013 I've never understood why upgraded members make threads in secondary sellers section. If the old thread is closed, you should be able to open a new one in another section. * - Obli - Nov 3, 2013 I see. But is it restricted to post the same thread in the PRS AND in the Secondary seller section? * - El Swag Loco - Nov 3, 2013 Id say premium sellers section is more profitable simply because for me myself i don't ever look at the secondary sellers section so if i don't bother looking there i'm sure there is plenty of other people who don't look there either. Reason being its mostly normal users and the chances of scamming is higher in my eyes. * - Uncle Ruckus - Nov 3, 2013 (Nov 3, 2013 10:41 AM)+Oblivious Wrote: I see. But is it restricted to post the same thread in the PRS AND in the Secondary seller section? Yes. You can only have 1 active sales thread for your product, otherwise it's cross posting. * - Obli - Nov 3, 2013 Ah, thank you for clearing that up. * - Miki - Nov 3, 2013 I don't think you are allowed to sell in secondary section as an ub3r member. Also you must be ub3r to post in premium. * - DООM! - Nov 3, 2013 User's similar to myself don't even click into the Secondary Seller's Market, can only assume exposure is significantly lower. That's not to say you can't find a good sale there, I've just never looked around there. * - Ƥяιиcɛ - Nov 3, 2013 you can post same threads in both sections of course 🤝 Spoiler (Click to View) * - KFC Watermelon - Nov 3, 2013 (Nov 3, 2013 11:57 AM)Miki Wrote: I don't think you are allowed to sell in secondary section as an ub3r member. L33t can post in premium (threads), normal members with +rep can post replies. * - DООM! - Nov 3, 2013 (Nov 3, 2013 02:09 PM)Ƥяιиcɛ Wrote: you can post same threads in both sections of course 🤝 You can not. There is a rule regarding cross posting, which is what you recommended. * - Six Below - Nov 3, 2013 I do not believe you are allowed to post in both the secondary sellers section and premium sellers section at the same time. Although I do believe that if you are to close a sales thread in the premium sellers section you have the right to reopen it in the secondary sellers section as long as the premium sellers section thread remains closed or junked. Of course this would work visa-versa. Now to answer your initial question, selling in the premium sellers section is generally more profitable as for your product/service tends to be respected more by users. However, some products/services are better sold in the secondary sellers section. Would you mind me asking what you are planning to sell? Also, as mentioned above by another user(s)... I'm 99% sure you are allowed to sell in the secondary sellers section as an upgraded user, including Ub3r members. Best of luck! |
