Hello Monetizers,
I've been earning using this method for a while. It does not involve any hardwork. It's 50% offline. I call it, Domain Flipping
Domain flipping is pretty simple,
- Buy a Domain.
- Sell it for higher price.
But, my technique will make it much more profitable.
You simply go around your town seeing new businesses, that you think might make up a website.
All you have to do then, is to buy a domain according to the company's name. Example, if the company was called "CodeDesignz", buy "CodeDesignz.com/net/org" and sell it for higher price.
You could contact them (Optional, but will increase profitability), and tell them that you are offering them "X" domain for "X" price. You will have more chance of them buying it.

Domain parking is not a bad idea for unused domains.

Well, As I mentioned, try to find companies that are more likely to have a website, and if you contacted them, try to convince them that it will increase their publicity and increase the number of customers, etc.
