You can use any picture, but some of them are subject to copyright and infringement of such copyrights can lead to legal proceedings if the image owner feels that you are using the pictures for commercial purposes.
EDIT: As for the pictures, if there is no nudity you should be fine.

Yes this is legal, I just feel sorry for the girls that were walking around and someone took a photo of their ass and I doubt asked for permissions. GL with your website OP.

aslong as its not showing them naked without permission it is 100% legal, if the person has a problem with it and talk to you about it getting removed, just remove it.
