I'm starting to learn how to use VB.NET, so I decided to make a simple program that can me used as a resource tool for E-whoring.

I am glad I am not the only person seeing the flaws in this program. You should have this thread moved to the E-Whoring section sir.
Note: The person has a -'3 that says he was trying to infect people. Deal with caution.

Well for me, you should align the buttons at centre. Plus, set the minimum and maximum by click on the Form and scroll down at the Properties bar. You will find a maximum and minimum size. Or not, you will get this: https://i.imgur.com/LUAPDxl.jpg

Note: That was randomly given to me. I messaged the guy asking why he put gave me the neg, and he never replied. Go through all my threads, and you would find nothing that could lead you to think I would do that. Second, NO SHIT THERE'S FLAWS IN THE FUCKING PROGRAM! It's the second thing I've ever really made in VB.NET! So, lay off my back. I was just showing what I made. I was hoping to receive a little bit of encouragement in making it, and some CONSTRUCTIVE criticism on the program.

There is no need to get that angry at me. I was simply stating that this is a very sketchy thing. You have a very simply program with a -3 that says what it does. It doesn't exactly look inviting.
Want some feedback?
First we need to do exactly what the program does? I am not going to download it myself because 1.) I will NEVER use it, I don't need it. 2.) I am busy downloading other things atm anyway and would rather not clutter up Chrome anymore than it already is.
The program is very simply looking. If I were you I would change some stuff. Change some colors, get some images, etc. It has the default normal and boring looks of a VB program right now. Change that up some.
