Does anyone know of a keylogger that allows remote control of the targets computer along with file management? I used winspy but its old and buggy. Also I dont want to use a RAT. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...thanks!

There's no keylogger with remote control and file manager, you have to go with RATs, why you don't want to use a RAT? It gives you many features!

Lol thanks guys...rats are a bit complicated to set up as I dont have port forwarding info for the router so I wont be able to find any open ports. I can possibly get the targets ip but I am unsure if there is A rat without portforward option, which allows me to connect via ip.

Just buy a vpn that forwards ports and you are ok to go

Actually there are a couple of RATS that you don't need to Port Forward, you can find them. I just can't remember the names.
