It actually depends on the network if you have a good relationship with the Network and most just fake the traffic like send fake hits to the link directly to minimize the epc.

It's a survey locker.
if your into monetizing through cpa or ppd you can use this to get a guaranteed lead from the infected person you have.
but i don't think this has a dead switch option so it's bypass able though.

Yes it does cover in blackhat. and if you use these on networks they may take leads to be reversed.
