Just bought this laptop for My Parents [XMAS] - Dafoo - Dec 22, 2013
Just bought This Laptop with my own money for my parents for Xmas!
Comes with Freedos but i'll install Windows 7 for sure!
I think its ideal for them! All they do is Watching youtube videos, facebook and browsing!
Bought it for ~300$! I think i did well 😉

You could have gotten them a Nexus 7 or maybe even an iPad Mini w/ Retina

Very nice of you to do that! I bet they will love it, especially because it came from you!

Ipad mini sucks,Nexus is better but nah! Not worth it imo!
The laptop would be easier for them :)

Thats a nice laptop you got them! I wish I could afford buying my parents that!
You did well it should be just enough for them to do the basics on the internet :D
I would recommend installing Mac OSX on it though since that is just an OS that is designed for elder people and people who are technologically challenged which in my opinion is 90% of the population over the age of 45
Merry X-Mas :)

Why does iPad Mini suck? It's probably much better than a weak laptop for watching Youtube videos and browsing the web

This laptop is much stronger than the mini!
