My new build - Harpuia - Dec 30, 2013

Just put everything together today. It's for gaming, editing, etc. as well as anything I may need it for in the near future.
CPU: Intel Core i7 [email protected]
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Formula
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX780 Superclocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler
PSU: Corsair HX850 Watt
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Green 3 TB
SSD: 256GB Samsung 840 PRO
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz
Tower: Corsair 600T Special Edition Graphite Series White
CPU Cooler: CM 212 Hyper 212 EVO. Might get a good noctua or a h100i not really overclocking right now so not that big of a deal.

I could've changed a few things here and there but overall I got what I wanted. It fits my wants and needs more than plenty. Everything went smoothly, no problems at all. Windows 8.1 will take some getting used to though. This is my first thread :D. I haven't slept in like 30 hours time to get some rest.

Dining room was only quiet place where I could build it excuse the stuff everywhere.

Pesky cable on the bottom left was run around the back. EDIT: I flipped over the PSU so now it's fine.

Really nice build dude, I wish i could afford that beast!

* - Buceta - Dec 30, 2013

I love this build. It's almost exactly what I was going to build except I was going to watercool a 4930K and put it in a NZXT Phantom Black.

Tell me how it performs. :D

We have the same motherboard! I dont know anyone else that has it.

* - Owango - Dec 31, 2013

I have the silver 600T. I absolutely love that case. Nice build.

* - Royal Blood - Dec 31, 2013

Very nice. I still hate that case though. At least you picked out quality parts.

* - Metalocalypse - Dec 31, 2013

Why the WD Green? I don't think I could live with it's slowness.

It was a good deal for a lot of space, if it's too slow for my liking I'll just pick up a WD Black. For now it's fine, most important stuff on SSD anyways.

* - .DATLOL - Dec 31, 2013

Should have gotten at least a 500GB/1TB WD Black and a 1TB WD Blue or something like that, what I would have done at least.

* - clark.dll - Dec 31, 2013

That build though.

Fuck man, that case too. Very sexy.

Haven't used it long enough but I've heard great things about it.

Nice build man.
Love the case.

And the WD green isnt that slow.
I have a 1tb one as my main hdd, because the blue's and black's where out of stock and i refused to go seagate.
But i can live with it, i'll probably pick up an ssd soon.
