User Kirito. UiD: 1254330
User scammed me $8. I bought a COD: ghosts license transfer from him. I sent him funds and when I logged on the license transfer was used on 11/18/2013. When I told him this, he went offline and stopped replying to my PM's. I'm not sure how to dispute on paypal. I payed using "goods and services". What should I do now?

If you paid for goods and services, you should still be able to get it back. Click on the transaction and click on unauthorized payment. Either that, or just call Paypal.
