You can just Google this and use any of them, they all work fine. guerilla works too unless you want a different type of email.

So when you send an email from Emkei, and use someone else's email address it will actually make it look like it's coming from that person, right? :)

Yes that's correct. Emkei.cz is the best I have tried but seems server is down this days.

The most anonymous way, realistically, is to use a chain of remailers.

Mail2Tor is one of the best, free, email service provider.
Your IP address goes through 4 different proxies, and unless an actual FBI happens to be hosting one of the exit nodes looking specifically for YOUR ip address, the chances of being tracked are nil.
