okay i have a few questions here so please help if you can :o
firstly can a website be stolen? stealing all of the websites files aswell as databases therefore making a complete replica?
secondly if so how would this be done? and could someone please point me to any tutorials to help
lastly although i will probably not be asking anyone to hack a site for me, how much would it cost to hire someone to hack a website and steal all files and databases? im guessing this will probably vary depending on the website but on average, for a site that is not a big website like yahoo
i know i asked a lot of questions in one thread but it would really help if someone can answer them :)

A website can be stolen, you can just use a website ripper to steal all the open source, for the database you would need say a shell uploaded to the site.
There is no open tutorial on how to hack a site.
Not many people offer services like this on HF to my knowledge, depending on the site and how easy it is to hack, people would probably take upwards of $100 I'd imagine. But depending on such factors it could be as little as $20 dollars. But most people here will help you hack it, if you explore it yourself and ask questions for help.

if i used a website ripper for the site, wouldn't i not need access to the ftp to upload the shell? :o therefore i would be able to download all the files anyways as i have access to the ftp? xD

2. This is a hack forum, there are hundreds if not thousands of tutorials on how to hack a website.
just search for something in style with "how to deface". Atleast half of those tutorials is what you want, the downloading part should explain itself.

A Ripper will only get the HTML of the website(which you can get from right click view source). If you want to take ALL SOURCE(including php) you'll need to upload a shell into their site, you can do this by either getting admin pass and user with a SQLI and entering the CP and uploading the shell, this will get you the sites full source!

If you manage to hack a forum, change user administrative privileges to yours for a little while. Get into the database and download all the SQL files from the DB. When you do that upload all the stolen files to your web host and bam, you've stolen and replicated another website.

PHP and SQL DB's are server side. This means that without a shell or some sort of FTP, you have no way of taking it off the server. HTML/JS/CSS on the other hand are all handled in your browser and can be stolen.

firstly thanks everyone for the replies :D
im going to do as xB1N4RYx said and follow a deface tutorial, if i have any trouble or i do manage to steal the site i will let you all know in this thread :)
also just to let you all know the site is coded mainly in php :o
-edit i have found a tutorial that seems to cover this, the website allows users to upload avatars, so im going to attempt to upload a shell with a fake extension, then go to where the shell is uploaded and it will apparently allow me to remove the fake extension and allow the shell to let me into the sites directory :o however in the tutorial i read he only got access to the files not the database which im guessing its just because he was defacing the site therefore did not need to access the database but just want to check with you guys :o the shell is c100.php? has anyone used this shell previously? and if so have u been able to access the sites database using it?

It is possible, just hack it's server or cpanel & make a full backup then download it, all the files & database will be there.
If you wish to hire any hacker then it'll depend on site's security, we cannot tell how much will it cost but it can be from $10 to $100.
