It's not bad. I don't like how you changed half of the Paypal text to blue. It doesn't fit the theme.

Very nice design indeed, I really like the Purple Red mixed with it. I would recommend you to do some more concepts in the background itself. Don't get me wrong here, it's very nice but it need a bit of color in the backing wise. I would defiantly give this a 7/10.

It's not to simple, I think it's quite good. You should change the glossy style from the pricings though, it doesn't look good when the rest is all flat.
