Use the game genie and google some game genie cheats?
assuming it has that, if not just get gba.emu

use ifunbox and find your pokemon gamesave, then put it on your desktop (I recommend making a copy) download 'Pokesav' ( Pokemon game save editor) import your save into that program and change what you want! this being said wont get you 99x masterballs or 99x rare candys but with this you can edit EVs and IVs, and change lvls on pokemon make them shiny and gve them masterballs. Good luck.

You can also get VBA and use cheats with that. You'll need to use ifunbox or related program to get the file. Another option is to download GBA4iOS and use itunes to take the saves off of there.
