I think my computer has been compromised. I log into my twitter account just now and I see my profile picture and my banner has been changed to some random faggot pretending to be me its fucking creepy. If you think that your computer is being Ratted try to use Malwarebytes to see if you can detect it. If you think someone just has access to you Twitter account, change your password.

Alright, I will do this. I don't know if this helped but the faggot changed my name to "popouche%1" the hell does that even mean?

That did not really help. I think your friend is just messing with you. Change your password, and do not worry about it.

You may Ratted or Keylogged. First scan your machine with Malwarebytes.

If nothing is detected I suggest your open Task manager and look for any suspicious processes running, if you need help with this step please take a screen shot of the Task Manager window and post it in this thread.

P.S.
If your in a habit of downloading sketchy files/visiting sketchy websites, you can download a 3rd party software called KeyScrambler. This will prevent keystrokes from being logged successfully, therefor preventing your web accounts such as Twitter from being compromised.

Malwarebytes is far from doing the job if his computer is actually really compromised.
OP, if you think your system is compromised and someone have access to your information, I suggest you to change all your accounts information via another computer, and open a thread in the MRT section to get assisted by a MRT member that will help you clean your computer. You can post in the MRT section here :

Be sure to follow their thread creation procedure by providing all the required logs listed here :

Good luck.

I'd go right ahead and execute what Aura stated above. Be sure to read the stick thread, as they contain the rules towards the MRT section. Alas, good luck with disinfecting your system.
