Are you sure? Most of his accounts work on NA or EUW. Log in to the account via website either on NA or EUW.

Okay and if the account didn't work then why don't you contact him instead of rushing to things. I myself have sold LoL accounts and not every single one will work and they message me the next morning or something or they will give me time to give them a new account.
